JOIN US FOR A DAY OF FIRE FUELLED MEATY MADNESS IN OUR WILD TIPI KITCHEN

Located deep in Finnebrogue Woods at our amazing wild kitchen, this immersive experience will give you the opportunity to watch, listen and try all things wood fire cooking. Using a giant Braai and Asador grill, Dan will show you how to select your wood and set the fire in order to produce perfect hot embers to cook delicious meat and vegetables.
Wild Chef Dan will share his signature rubs and baste recipes with you, using ingredients from the wild and our field store hut.
There will be ample opportunities to nibble and try along the way, but the day will end with a delicious late lunch consisting of the fruits of your labour.
Our Fire Cooking experience is designed to be informative yet relaxed. Whether you’re flying solo, attending as a pair or part of a bigger group you can expect to get your hands dirty and hair smoky in the great outdoors surrounded by crackling fires, and to leave the woods feeling fresh-faced, revitalised and somewhat enchanted by cooking in the wild.
